Eagles Of Death Metal Zips Through The U.S.

When Eagles Of Death Metal returned to the stage in Paris following November’s terrorist attack, vocalist/guitarist Jesse Hughes declared, “We will never give up rockin’ and rollin’!” He meant it! The band just announced more than a dozen U.S. dates, which will be followed by a European tour.

“New tour dates GALORE today, y’all!” EODM announced on Facebook Wednesday. “All over Canada, all over the United States, late summer plays in Poland, Denmark, Norway, Germany, France, UK, Italy, Israel, Greece, Spain, Portugal, and everything we could squeeze in between. Let’s boogie!”

EODM’s next excursion is a run of dates in Australia that begins with two sold-out gigs at the Croxton Park Hotel in Thombury March 24-25.

The new leg of U.S. performances includes stops in New Orleans, Houston, Dallas, Chicago and Boston. Previously announced dates include a co-bill outing with Death From Above 1979 and festival appearances such as Atlanta’s Shaky Knees and New York’s Governors Ball.

Eagles Of Death Metal is continuing to support its fourth studio album, 2015’s Zipper Down.
