When Guns N’ Roses reunion rumblings first started making waves in late 2015 there was talk that the classic lineup would get back together for festival appearances and a world tour. After confirming that Axl Rose, Slash and Duff McKagan were reuniting to headline Coachella, the rock ’n’ rollers added two nights in Las Vegas April 8-9 and two gigs in Mexico City April 19-20. Although we’re still waiting on dates and venues, we’ve now got a full-fledged tour with 20 new stops across the U.S., along with a gig in Toronto.

The band unveiled the list of markets in a video on Facebook that asked for “Patience,” a nod to GNR’s 1989 single. Although we don’t have a date span, the video promises the excursion is “Coming Summer 2016.”

Here are the markets welcoming GNR:

Atlanta
Boston
Chicago
Cincinnati
Dallas
Detroit
Houston
Kansas City
Nashville
New Orleans
New York
Orlando
Philadelphia
Phoenix
Pittsburgh
San Diego
San Francisco
Seattle
St. Louis
Toronto
Washington, D.C.

Earlier this week Sunset Strip club Whisky A Go-Go got fans’ hopes up that GNR might be playing the 500-capacity venue April 1. Turns out maybe it was just an April Fools’ joke. Tuesday afternoon the West Hollywood club announced that GNR tribute band Hollywood Roses would actually be headlining that night. Some fans are keeping their fingers’ crossed that the real band will make a surprise appearance. Guess we’ll have to wait and see.
