Hollywood Vampires Announces More Gigs

Hollywood Vampires’ tour now boasts 18 dates across North America. The supergroup announced the additions today, proclaiming that “one of the hottest shows of the summer [is] coming to a lair near you.”

New stops include Bethlehem, Pa.; Aurora, Ill.; Clarkston, Mich.; Fargo, N.D.; Rama, Ontario; and Brooklyn, N.Y. The band also added a handful of gigs on the West Coast leading up to a previously announced appearance at the California Mid-State Fair.

Alice Cooper, Joe Perry and Johnny Depp will be showing off their single “Bad As I Am” along with their take on tunes like The Who’s “My Generation,” and Led Zeppelin’s “Whole Lotta Love.” They’ve also promised to perform a medley of Alice’s “School’s Out” with Pink Floyd’s “Another Brick in the Wall part 2.”

“Bad As I Am,” which was penned by Depp, Tommy Henriksen and Bruce Witkin, is included in the digital deluxe version of Hollywood Vampires’ self-titled album. Released in February, the expanded version also includes a cover of The Who’s “I’m A Boy” and Love’s “7 and 7 Is.”

Cooper, Perry and Depp will be accompanied on the road by Matt Sorum (GunsN’Roses/Cult) on drums,  Robert DeLeo (Stone Temple Pilots) on bass, Tommy Henriksen (Alice Cooper) on guitar, and Bruce Witkin (The Kids) on piano, percussion and guitar.
