Maxwell lays down a summer romp in support of the second album of his trilogy. The June-August run includes stops in Sacramento, Nashville, Toronto, Montreal and Oklahoma City.

BlackSUMMERS’night is the second album from the set that began with 2009’s BLACKsummers’night.  Due out July 1 on Columbia, the LP’s first single is “Lake By The Ocean.”

The tour follows his April 23 appearance at New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival and his April 24 stop at the Tobago Jazz Experience.  Are you ready for the man The New York Times described as “one of R&B’s most elegant accessories to seduction?”  The adventure follows Maxwell’s stop at Essence during the music festival’s June 30-July 3 run at New Orleans’ Mercedes-Benz Superdome.  Here are the dates:
