The new additions to the “Formation” tour include the rescheduled Nashville engagement that was supposed to happen May 5. Beyoncé is now set to play Music City’s Nissan Stadium Oct. 2.  Tickets purchased for the original show will be honored on the new date.

The new leg follows Beyoncé’s European run that begins in the U.K. June 28 and concludes in Barcelona Aug. 3.

The multi-media unstoppable force that is “Formation” is already one of the major concert outings of the year.  Even rain and wind can’t stop Beyoncé.

“The Formation Tour was an incredible extravaganza with building-sized screens, smoke, fog, fireworks, flashpots, explosions, sparklers, high-wire performers, costume changes, elaborate choreography, Pilates and, of course, killer beats,” wrote Raleigh News & Observer’s David Menconi about Tuesday night’s show at Carter-Finley Stadium. “But the best special effect of all was Beyoncé’s own megawatt smile. She would occasionally break character mid-song to flash it for the briefest instant, and it pretty much lit the place up every time.”

The new additions include a return trip to Santa Clara’s Levi’s Stadium.  Beyoncé will also go back to Los Angeles, but instead of doing a second night at the Rose Bowl where she’s scheduled to perform May 14, Queen Bey will entertain the multitudes at Dodger Stadium. Here are the new dates:

Sept. 7 – East Rutherford, N.J., MetLife Stadium
Sept. 14 – Los Angeles, Calif., Dodger Stadium
Sept. 17 – Santa Clara, Calif., Levi’s Stadium
Sept. 22 – Houston, Texas, NRG Stadium @ NRG Park
Sept. 24 – New Orleans, La., Mercedes-Benz Superdome
Sept. 26 – Atlanta, Ga., Georgia Dome
Sept. 29 – Philadelphia, Pa., Lincoln Financial Field
Oct. 2 – Nashville, Tenn., Nissan Stadium

Presales begin this week with onsales for many shows starting May 13.  Click here for more details.
