The Association of Independent Festivals will host the third Festival Congress at Wales Millennium Stadium in Cardiff on Nov. 1-2.

While the venue stays the same for the day conference, the evening venue will be moving to a new, yet undisclosed, location.

More details will be revealed once tickets for the third Festival Congress go on sale in early June.
