Pet Shop Boys Parade Around Europe, North America

Synth-pop veterans Pet Shop Boys are bringing their Super Tour to 27 cities on both sides of the Atlantic, with new dates starting in October.

The October shows are mostly around the West Coast, then the group moves east, with its last U.S. date set for Nov. 16 at the in Florida. The rest of November and December are full of European performances, and the band has announced that more dates in the U.K. are coming.

A number of July shows at the  in London are already sold out, so fans who want to see the boys in their home country should be ready to snap up tickets for new shows quickly.

The Boys are promoting new music from the recent release Super, but they will also be playing hits from the band’s 30-year catalogue.

Electronic music has long been Pet Shop Boys’ specialty, and its most recent album integrates new elements of new pop music with the group’s signature vocal style and intelligent lyrical themes.

The new video for the single “Twenty-something” was released today. The drums and synthesizers reflect a Reggaeton  style and the subject is a Latino male in Southern California, showing that the Boys are able divers influences and subjects into their music.
