The Sound Of Paul Simon In The U.K.

Paul Simon has made plans for a fall trip to the U.K. as he continues filling up his calendar with gigs in support of his upcoming album.

The six-date U.K. excursion marks the legendary singer/songwriter’s first solo headline shows across the pond since 2012. Simon played the U.K. last spring with Sting as part of their “On Stage Together Tour.”

This year he has plenty of North American dates lined up, which will keep him busy from May to July. The U.K. tour begins Nov. 3 in Bournemouth, England.

An announcement on Simon’s website promises that he’ll put on a two-hour set filled with songs from throughout his career, including tunes from his new LP, Stranger to Stranger, which is due out June 3.
