$400 Million Contract Tweet

Soulja Boy announced a five-year $400 million endorsement deal with World Poker Fund Holdings through a tweet May 1.

The announcement was confirmed by World Poker Fund Holdings.

The 25-year-old American rapper and entrepreneur has 15 million followers on social media and WPFH is a leader in the online world of social gaming. Soulja Boy will be promoting WPFH’s sites such as CelebrityWorld.com and the soon to be launched “in-flight gaming,” which will service travelers on multiple airlines.

“I invest in things I understand,” Soulja Boy said. “I enjoy music, and of course gaming. Being an influencer is a form of currency. Having portfolio diversification is critical if you want to be an effective brand ambassador. With regards to World Poker Fund, I believe in its strategy, its team, the vision, and management’s ability to target its financial goals.”
