LYV Stock Shuffle
Live Nation stakeholder Shapiro Capital Management bought 1,743,384 additional shares of LYV stock, according to a disclosure report filed with the SEC May 13.
The purchase is worth $179 million and now comprises 5.2 percent of the hedge fund’s portfolio, according to Market Digest. Meanwhile, management firm Artisan Partners Limited Partnership boosted its stake, buying 42,231 additional shares of LYV stock and now holds 194,057 shares.
Other hedge funds, such as Alliancebernstein and UBS Asset Management Americas, reduced their holdings.
