LN To Open A Third Charlotte Venue
Nearly lost in the news about the topping-off ceremony for a new office complex in Charlotte, N.C., was a tidbit about a potential new tenant: Live Nation. And not for business offices, either.
According to the Charlotte Business Journal, one project in the works at the complex dubbed the Music Factory is an 800-seat concert hall.

Rick Lazes, co-founder of developer The Ark Group, told the Business Journal that the venue would be publicly revealed in early June. A spokeswoman for Live Nation didn’t return a request for comment.
