CAA Book Coming Soon
“Powerhouse: The Untold Story of Hollywood’s Creative Artists Agency,” is slated for Aug. 9 release through HarperCollins imprint Custom House.
Author James Andrew Miller is known for the definitive story about “Saturday Night Live” – “Live From New York: The Complete, Uncensored History of Saturday Night Live as Told by Its Stars, Writers, and Guests,” and a book that is optioned for a movie, “Those Guys Have All the Fun: Inside the World of ESPN,” with Miller as a screenwriter.
Not much is known about the book on CAA but a few details hint that it is going to have some bombshells – notably, that Miller said he has interviewed about 500 people for it and Custom House has “advance copies” embargoed until the very day it comes out.
