Canada: Prepare For Papa Roach and Five Finger Death Punch

Following last year’s award-winning European and U.S. co-headline tour, Papa Roach and Five Finger Death Punch are joining forces to take the Great White North by storm. The rockers will be accompanied on the tour by Sixx: A.M. and From Ashes To New.

The September trek kicks off on the 9th in Abbotsford, British Columbia at the Abbotsford Centre. From there the show travels east, with four nights in Alberta, two in Saskatchewan and Ontario and one-offs in Manitoba and New Brunswick. The last gig on the schedule is Halifax, Nova Scotia Sept. 28.

The 2015 co-bill won the German Promoters Association’s award for Arena Tour Of The Year. The groups gave Canadian fans the chance to decide whether they wanted the tour by inviting participation in a “demand campaign,” and 60,000 responded.

“When we did this tour last year in the USA, it was truly the Best Tour Ever. We heard from so many of our Canadian fans that really wanted to see this show – so we’re bringing it to them,” Papa Roach frontman Jacoby Shaddix said.

Both headliners released albums in 2015. Papa Roach’s F.E.A.R., which features the singles “Face Everything And Rise” and “Gravity.” FFDP’s Got Your Six album was its sixth full-length album.

After the tour Papa Roach will be at the Shiprocked cruise, which is based out of Miami and begins January 16. Prior to the tour, Five Finger Death Punch has a ton of festival appearances, and after September the band has another tour with
