The band played 86 shows last year and is currently in Russia and Eastern Europe. Summer plans for Skillet include appearances at
Skillet has two female members, rhythm guitarist Korey Cooper and drummer Jen Ledger, which is not so common in a genre often dominated by men. Korey is married to frontman John Cooper and Seth Morrison holds down lead guitar responsibilities. A new album, Unleashed, is coming in August and the band has said more dates are also on the way, so don’t get too hot if you don’t see your city in the routing yet.
