Jackson Browne Goes Acoustic In Autumn

Jackson Browne ventures forth without his band on an acoustic adventure beginning in late September. Playing cities in the Western States, the Rock and Roll Hall Of Famer’s destinations include Tucson, Boise, Colorado Springs and Cheyenne, Wyo.

Browne is spending August touring with his band featuring Val McCallum (guitar), Mauricio Lewak (drums), Jeff Young (keyboards), Bob Glaub (bass), Alethea Mills (vocals) and Greg Leisz (multi-instrumentalist – guitar, lap steel, pedal steel). Browne and the band will join James Taylor for what is sure to be a memorable evening at Boston’s famed Fenway Park Aug. 3.

The newly announced dates follow Browne’s September run through Spain. The acoustic tour begins Sept. 29 in Livermore, Calif. Here’s the schedule as it stands today with acoustic dates bolded for convenience:
