Cosby Criminal Assault Case Can Go To Trial

A judge in Montgomery County has made a ruling in the criminal sex assault case against comedian Bill Cosby

Judge Steven T. O’Neill has denied a request by Cosby’s lawyers to throw out the case against him.

The judge ruled ruled the case can go forward without his sex assault accuser having to testify live at another hearing.

Cosby will be held for trial on three counts of Aggravated Indecent Assault.
