P.J. Harvey’s Europe & U.K. Dates
Touring in support of her No. 1 U.K. album, The Hope Six Demolition Project, Harvey’s touring band includes longtime collaborators John Parish, Mick Harvey and Jean-Marc Butty along with friends Alain Johannes, Terry Edwards, James Johnston, Kenrick Rowe, Alessandro Stefana and Enrico Gabrielli.
“The scenes of the first five tracks, all from the new record, came alive through her storytelling charisma, the dynamic musicianship of her band, thrilling sax skronk-outs and, above all, that voice,” wrote The Telegraph’s Lucy Jones of Harvey’s headlining performance at Field Day last month. “Both powerful and vulnerable, with an enormous range, it sounded as if it could fill the whole city at one point during the swamp-blues of ‘To Bring You My Love.’”
