Tim McGregor joins TEG

TEG, the leading integrated ticketing, data analytics and live content and touring company in the Asia-Pacific region, announced Tim McGregor as its chief commercial officer July 25. 

McGregor was previously group managing director of Australia’s Dainty Group, which was recently acquired by TEG. He will continue to have a reporting line to Paul Dainty at TEG-Dainty but report directly to TEG CEO Geoff Jones.

McGregor has more than 22 years of experience across concert touring, musical theatre, festivals, comedy, sports entertainment, action sports, exhibitions, television, film and motorsport.

At Dainty Group, he had overall responsibility for day-to-day operations, legal and business affairs and contributed significantly to tours by some of the world’s largest acts such as Prince, The Rolling StonesEminemIron MaidenKaty PerryNeil Diamond, WWE Live (Dainty is currently in negotiations with Adele and Guns N’Roses) and theatrical productions like “Jersey Boys” and “Singin’ In The Rain.”
