Buchhofer Becomes Bojangles' GM

Cathy Buchhofer was named GM of Bojangles Coliseum and Ovens Auditorium in Charlotte, N.C., the Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority announced.

She was promoted to the position from her previous role as director of facility operations at Time Warner Cable Arena.

In her new position, Buchhofer will manage all facets of operations at both venues, including the current renovation project underway at Bojangles’ Coliseum, according to a statement.

Buchhofer’s appointment follows the retirement of former Bojangles’ Coliseum and Ovens Auditorium GM George Hite after a career with the organization spanning 40 years.
