Parkway Drive Lines Up North American Tour

Aussie metal act Parkway Drive is rumbling through North America with a one-month tour this fall. Openers for the trek include We Came As Romans and Counterparts.

The dates open Sept. 29 in Ft. Collins, Colo. at the Aggie Theatre and end Oct. 25 in San Diego at the House of Blues. Other venues on the bill are PlayStation Theater in New York, Fillmore Charlotte in Charlotte, and House of Blues in Boston, Chicago, Houston and Las Vegas.

Festivals are on the menu too, with JJO Sonic Boom in Janesville, Wis., Louder Than Life in Louisville, Ky., and Las Vegas in Sacramento, Calif., all in the plan. Prior to this tour the band is mostly doing European festivals.

The band has recently re-released a deluxe version of its IRE album, with two previously unreleased bonus tracks.

Parkway Drive is from Byron Bay, Australia, and claims a fanbase that stretches from China to North America. The metalcore band is currently signed to Epitaph Records and has had the same lineup for 10 years.
