Give Us Mas Eisley!

Indie pop-rock act Eisley has tacked on a number of headline shows interspersed with its support gigs for The Dear Hunter this September to October. Merriment will be opening for the new dates.

The headline gigs will give Eisley more of a chance to play material off its upcoming new album, the group’s first since 2013. This will also be the first project cut since the departure of Chauntelle D’Agostino and Stacy King in 2015. The band has said most of the songwriting duties are now falling o in Boise, Idaho Sept. 11. The last new addition is in Sacramento, Calif., Oct 27, the night before the support routing wraps up in San Francisco.

A few fun facts about Eisley: The band’s name is derived from a spaceport in the Star Wars universe; Sherri DuPree-Bemis is married to Max Bemis of Say Anything and
