Flog Gnaw Returns For Fifth Year
Tyler, the Creator and his Odd Future compatriots are putting on their annual Southern California hip hop carnival, with this year’s lineup including Lil Wayne, Erykah Badu, Chance the Rapper, A$AP Rocky, DJ Mustard and ScHoolboy Q.

Tyler and Co. branched out into television with the “Loiter Squad” program several years ago, and drive the successful Golf Wang clothing line in addition to being a taste-making hip hop collective. The group, and Tyler specifically, have been criticized abroad for inciting violence and romanticizing sexual abuse, but such complaints have not been a noted issue at the festival’s past iterations.
A special VIP Gold Country Club Pass will give Camp Flog Gnaw attendees access to a miniature golf course, special food and drink arrangements and exclusive merchandise. A presale for Golf Media members opens Aug. 8 at 10 a.m. PDT and the general onsale is Aug. 9 at 10 a.m. PDT.
