Maynard James Keenan Extends Book Tour

Maynard James Keenan is bringing his book tour to the West Coast. The Tool frontman has also added second shows in Washington, D.C., and Chicago after tickets to the previously announced events sold out.

Keenan, who also fronts Puscifer and A Perfect Circle, will take part in a moderated discussion about his authorized biography, read passages and take questions from the audience. The book tour will also feature never-before-seen photos and videos.

“A Perfect Union of Contrary Things,” which was penned by longtime friend Sarah Jensen, is due out Nov. 8 via Backbeat Books. The biography includes passages written by Keenan and commentary from friends, family, instructors and industry colleagues.
