Rich said his Redneck Riviera Inc. will open two Redneck Riviera bars later this year, one on Nashville’s famed honky-tonk row, and another at the Grand Bazaar Shops adjacent to Bally’s Las Vegas on the Sin City strip, according to the Tennessean.

“I took my time and walked very slowly but methodically with purpose to give this phrase the justice it deserves,” Rich told the paper. “You work as hard as you can and you’ve only got so much left over to have fun with, where are we going to go? To have a venue that’s as near to that feeling and that whole thought process, you’ve got to do it right.”

Both Redneck Riviera locations, operated by Bar Management Group of Charlotte, N.C., will feature the Heroes Bar, a smaller bar inside the venue dedicated to veterans that will be staffed with veterans and give veterans their first drink for free. “I’m looking forward to a couple of World War II guys coming in there and sitting down … and telling us their stories,” Rich told the Tennessean.

Both locations will offer live country music and food. The multistory complex with a rooftop space in Nashville will have a limited menu. The 4,200-square-foot Las Vegas bar has teamed with Wahlburgers to offer the chain’s menu. Rich thinks the novelty of a country music bar in Las Vegas will be popular with country fans, who currently have limited choices in that area when they visit.

“You never know who is going to show up,” Rich told the paper. “Music without boundaries. My buddies in country music and rock ’n’ roll, it’s just going to be incredible having these spots where we can get up and jam.”
