Brad Paisley Books 2016 College Tour

Brad Paisley’s “Country Nation College Tour” returns next month, marking the free concert series’ second edition. Did you notice we said free?

The excursion is named after Paisley’s song “Country Nation,” which celebrates America’s passion for sports with a shout-out to 18 college sports mascots. The song is included on the country singer’s 10th studio album, 2014’s Moonshine in the Trunk.

Presented by Frontier Communications, the tour begins with a free show Sept. 4 in downtown Orlando, Fla., ahead of the Ole Miss vs. Florida State game at Camping World Stadium Sept. 5.

Paisley will get West Virginia University pumped for the Sept. 10 game against Ohio’s Youngstown State with a Sept. 9 show at the Mountaineers’ home.

He also has a performance lined up at Ohio State University in Columbus Sept. 15.
