Japan: Get Ready For Guns N’ Roses

After announcing dates in Australia yesterday, Guns N’ Roses tacked three January nights in Japan onto its routing as part of the “Not In This Lifetime Tour.”

The Japan shows, one in Osaka Jan. 21 and a pair in Saitama Jan. 28-29, follow a late-October and November run through South America. Soon after the Japanese shows, the Australian leg will kick off in February.

The “Not In This Lifetime Tour” marks the first time since the “Use Your Illusion” tour that SlashDuff McKagan and Axl Rose have all played together as Guns N’ Roses. This year has already seen the band play at , nearly sell-out two nights at the 66,000-plus capacity  in Mexico City and has moved the Guns through most major regions of the U.S.

Guns N’ Roses’ next scheduled stop is a two-night stand at Los Angeles in  this weekend, followed by one more U.S. gig at  in San Diego Aug. 22. After that, the rockers are headed to South America, with performances scheduled in Peru, Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia and Costa Rica.
