Pandora Unveils Warehouse Sydney

Streaming service Pandora unveiled the acts for its first live event Down Under. The Pandora Warehouse takes place Oct. 8 in a secret location in Sydney.

Those attending include 1,000 listeners who won their tickets via lottery on the Pandora site. The five acts are award winning hip hop act Seth Sentry who was the first Australian rapper to play a US TV talk show when he appeared on “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” New Zealand singer-songwriter Ladyhawke, newcomer singer Nicole Millar and her new rock trio, R&B/hip- hop band The Griswolds and feisty urban act Ecca Vandal.

The Sydney show’s major sponsor is Australian car manufacturer Holden, as part of a current multi-platform campaign – with music from Sydney dance music producer Flume – to reach a younger demographic of car buyers.

Pandora holds 80 live music events in the United States, including the Pandora Discovery Den at SXSW in Austin, Pandora Holiday in NYC and Summer Crush in Los Angeles.
