Olivia Holt Takes Flight Once More

After postponing her summer dates due to work conflicts, Disney girl Olivia Holt is hitting the road in the U.S. with Isac Elliot and Ryland for almost three weeks in November.

The new schedule starts Nov. 4 in Houston at Warehouse Live and continues until Nov. 21 when the songstress and her friends play Jammin’ Java in Vienna, Va. The tour is mostly in the regional South, if you include Texas in that, and the Northeast for all 11 dates.

In addition to the headline tour Holt is playing We Day at the Xcel Energy Center next week in Saint Paul, Minn. That event also includes comedian Lilly Singh and Paula Abdul.

Holt’s routing is currently shorter than her previously booked summer schedule, and she never really explained why she postponed, merely citing “work conflicts” on her Twitter. IMDB says she is set to appear in four films which are now in post-production or complete, so at least part of her summer was probably spent in front of a camera.

The songbird released the Olivia EP in the Summer which contained the single “Phoenix.” A brief listen shows her producers seems to looking for a Katy Perry-type sound.  

Isac Elliot is supporting the act on the trek, but he just might steal the show. The singer is blowing up in his native Finland and spent a month in the States earlier this year. Elliot released his A Little More EP in July, which could be classified as EDM-pop ala Justin Bieber. Check out one of the tracks off his latest release.

Ryland Lynch, who sometimes goes by just Ryland, is the younger sibling of family act Xcel Energy Center and recently toured with his brothers as a DJ. He is getting his solo career off the ground and released the single “Take Me There” several months ago.
