Fans Sue Over Irving Plaza Shooting

Live Nation and Irving Plaza are reportedly being sued by two fans who claim to be seriously injured by the panic after gunshots rang out at a T.I. concert at the New York venue in May.

Authorities stand outside Irving Plaza in New York following deadly shooting.

The suit claims the venue did not adequately screen people entering the concert, according to TMZ. Troy Ave has been charged with attempted murder for opening fire backstage in a melee that left four people shot, one fatally.

The two plaintiffs claim they suffered physical injuries and mental anguish from being trampled in the subsequent chaos.
