First Niagara Now KeyBank

First Niagara Center, the 19,000-seat home of the Buffalo Sabres in New York, has been renamed KeyBank Center, according to Buffalo Business First.

The name change follows the recent acquisition of Buffalo-based First Niagara Financial Group Inc. by KeyCorp , the parent company of KeyBank.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The previous deal with First Niagara was a 15-year term.
