Daya Has Her Days

Rising pop sensation Daya launches her very first headlining tour in February, which begins in her home state of Pennsylvania and includes stops in New York, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Salt Lake City and other fine markets.  Presales and general onsales launch this week.

Considered a star on the rise, Daya’s fledgling career is already hitting stratospheric heights.  Her song “Hide Away” went platinum and her smash hit “Sit Still, Look Pretty,” was gold-certified by the RIAA.  “Sit Still, Look Pretty” is also the title track to her forthcoming album due Oct. 7 on Artbeatz. Not too shabby for someone who hasn’t yet reached her 18th birthday.

“I’ve been waiting for my first headline tour ever since releasing ‘Hide Away’ last spring!” Daya said.  “It’s going to be incredible.  I’m so excited to design it from scratch with my team – all the lighting, production, merch, sound and everything else that goes into a tour.  I’m definitely looking forward to bringing some new songs from the record to life for the first time.  But most importantly, I’m pumped to share more pieces of my artistry with my fans who have supported me from the beginning and have an amazing time with them every night!”
