Celine Dion Announces More 2017 Residency Dates

This week Celine Dion is celebrating her 1,000 show at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace – but she’s not done playing Vegas yet! Another two dozen shows have been added at the venue, with tickets going on sale soon.

The 1,000th milestone takes place Oct. 8. AEG and Caesars Entertainment – Dion’s partners behind the residency – marked the occasion early by presenting the diva with a $100,000 donation to the Azar/Angelil Oncology Research Fund. The fund was established after Celine’s husband and manager, Rene Angelil, died of throat cancer in January and her brother, Daniel Dion, died days later of brain, throat and tongue cancer.
