New Name For Skyline

Skyline Music is now Skyline Artists Agency, a move designed to “better reflect its core mission – serving artists.”

Bruce Houghton, Skyline’s founder and president, said the name represents the company’s current focus on its roughly 60 artist clients and expansion into technology.

“We have always existed to serve a select group of artists,” Houghton said. “But in the digital age, doing that effectively means going beyond just booking a date. Our name change to Skyline Artists Agency reflects that important shift, as well as our ongoing work beyond music and in music tech.” Among the company’s artist roster are Roger McGuinnPocoAtlanta Rhythm SectionThe Lovin’ SpoonfulThe Smithereens, The Motels, Zoe KeatingDarlingside and MarchFourth.

Houghton promises additional partnerships in coming week. Skyline Artists Agency has offices in Los Angeles, Nashville, New England, Virginia, Florida and St. Louis.
