Drake Announces ‘The Boy Meet World Tour’

Today is a good day to be Drake. In addition to earning a record-breaking 13 American Music Awards nominations, he’s also unveiled dates for “The Boy Meets World Tour.”

Drake is competing with Adele, Beyoncé, Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez, Ariana Grande, Rihanna, Twenty One Pilots, Carrie Underwood, and The Weeknd for AMA Artist of the Year.

His list of nods also includes Collaboration of the Year (2x), Video of the Year, Favorite Male Artist – Pop/Rock, Favorite Album – Pop/Rock, Favorite Song – Pop/Rock, Favorite Artist – Rap/Hip-Hop, Favorite Album – Rap/Hip-Hop (2x), Favorite Song – Rap/Hip-Hop, Favorite Song – Soul/R&B (2x).

Last week Drake was forced to call off a few dates to allow time for an ankle injury to heal.  But now things are looking up. The Boy Meets World Tour hits Europe in January and he’s booked a New Year’s Eve show in Las Vegas at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino’s Hakkasan Main Room.

The world tour kicks off with two nights in Amsterdam. Here’s the plan:
