Dave Matthews Band is celebrating 25 years by taking a break from touring next year, according to a press release, so this gives Dave more time to play with Reynolds, who he has already recorded three live albums with. Reynolds was an early friend who initially encouraged Matthews to start his own project while working as a bartender, and was a longtime collaborator with Dave Matthews Band before finally recording as a member on DMB’s Away from the World in 2012.

In addition to the European trek, Dave and Tim are playing three nights in Mexico at the Barceló Riviera Maya Feb. 23-25 at a special getaway event.
