A Twin Cities Shed? You Betcha

A Twin Cities amphitheatre may rise from the Minneapolis riverfront with the teaming of First Avenue Productions and two land developers on a proposal for the Upper Harbor Terminal.  

United Properties and Thor Construction join First Avenue, which owns the famed nightclub of the same name, on the project to redevelop the 48-acre site to include a 15,000- to 20,000-capacity shed, according to sources who spilled the beans to the St. Paul Business Journal.

The formal announcement isn’t expected until Nov. 3.
