First Niagara Now KeyBank

First Niagara Pavilion in Pennsylvania, operated by Live Nation, is being renamed KeyBank Pavilion under a naming rights deal. 

The terms were not disclosed. KeyBank’s parent company, KeyCorp, earlier this year bought out First Niagara Financial Group.

The 23,000-capacity amphitheater, about 30 miles west of Pittsburgh, features more than 7,000 reserved seats under a covered, open-air pav.
