Morrissey Adds A Few Nights

Morrissey has a few more U.S. gigs to play in 2016. The good news is that he’s added three nights to his schedule. The bad news is that one of those shows has come at the expense of his previously announced performance in El Paso, Texas.

Moz was supposed to wrap up November with four nights in Texas. But instead of playing the Abraham Chavez Theatre in El Paso Nov. 23, he’ll be at the Royal Oak Music Theatre in Royal Oak, Mich., just outside of Detroit.

An announcement on the El Paso venue’s Facebook page says, “Sorry, folks. Due to a scheduling conflict, the Morrissey show has been canceled. Refunds are available at point of purchase. #SadMoz”

The former Smiths frontman is in the middle of a tour through Australia. Up next is Wednesday’s gig in Adelaide.
