Railroad Earth Announces Winter Tour

Forget hibernating over winter. Railroad Earth is going to spend January through March on stage. The U.S. routing includes multiple nights in Denver, San Francisco and Washington, D.C.

The Stillwater, N.J.-based newgrass jam band had a handful of appearances left on its 2016 calendar. Up next is two nights at the Sherman Theater in Stroudsburg, Pa., over Thanksgiving weekend Nov. 25-26, followed by a Dec. 9 appearance at “Strings & Sol” in Puerto Morelos, Mexico.

Railroad Earth will ring in the new year with a three-night residency at Revolution Hall in Portland, Ore., Dec. 29-31.

The Winter Tour 2017 launches with two nights in Athens, Ga. Here’s the plan:
