Coldplay To Fill Southeast Asia With ‘Dreams’

Coldplay is headed to Asia in April next year as its “Head Full Of Dreams” tour continues its irresistible march across the globe.

There are five Asian dates, opening in Singapore April 1 at  and ending April 19 at the  in Tokyo, Japan. Along the way the band will be stopping in the Philippines, Taiwan and South Korea.

The band wrapped its 2016 North American plans in September and the next lucky country on the routing is India, as Coldplay hits Mumbai Nov. 19. The group also has plans to hit Australia in December, with five shows on the continent planned in December and one scheduled for New Zealand.

After Asia, the group has an extensive routing planned through Europe in June and July. Incredibly, the band is already booked solidly in North America into October of next year.

2016 has been a busy year for Coldplay. The former Pollstar HotStar played the Super Bowl with Beyoncé and  earlier this year and has been performing tunes from the 2015 album Head Full Of Dreams on the road for most months.

A presale for the Singapore gig starts Nov. 17 for Citi cardholders and everyone else can get tickets Nov. 21.

There are presales for the Philippines show on Nov. 20 and 21 and the general onsale begins Nov. 24.

The Taiwan show has presales Nov. 20 and 23 and the public can get tickets Nov. 24.

The general onsale for the South Korea show opens Nov. 23.

A presale for the Tokyo show opens Nov. 15 and fans can apply for tickets Nov. 19.
