Kanye Exhausted?

By cutting his Sacramento show short, nixing a Los Angeles-area gig and eventually canceling the remainder of his “Saint Pablo Tour” dates, Kanye West sure has been a headline-maker the last 48 hours. Now at least one media outlet says the star is suffering from exhaustion.

Live Nation signaled the bad news today in an announcement that simply stated the tour had been canceled and refunds are available at points of purchase.

But E! Online is on the case.  The celeb media outlet is citing unnamed sources claiming West has “been working around the clock on fashion design, both on his own line and his Adidas line.”  The article also notes that West’s tour has taken a toll on the rapper/singer by keeping him away from wife Kim Kardashian and their kids.  Kardashian was the victim of a robbery in Paris last month when robbers reportedly broke into her apartment where they bound and gagged the reality TV star.

Citing a second source, E! Online reports that ticket sales had nothing to do with West canceling the rest of his tour, and reminds fans that demand resulted in him extending his adventure through December.

West performed for approximately 30 minutes in Sacramento, Calif., Saturday evening before he launched into a 10-minute rant.  During his stress-soaked soliloquy, West said he was “hurt” when he heard that Beyoncé had reportedly refused to appear at the MTV Video Music Awards unless she won “Video of The Year.”  He also had some harsh words for Beyoncé’s husband Jay Z, saying the rapper/mogul needs to call him and “talk to me like a man.”

West described the “Saint Pablo Tour” as “the most relevant (expletive) happening” before walking off of the stage for the rest of the evening.  Markets affected by the tour’s cancellation include Fresno, Dallas, Denver, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Detroit, Boston, New York and Washington, D.C.
