Catching Leftover Salmon in 2017

Come next year you’ll find Leftover Salmon served at fine establishments like Chicago’s City Winery and Park West venues, San Francisco’s Fillmore, and Louisville’s Diamond Pub.

Although some dates have been on the books for a while, Leftover Salmon has locked down its first tour in 2017.  The end result is a 17-city adventure that includes the WinterWonderGrass fests in Alpine Meadows, Calif., andSteamboat Springs, Colo., and Floydfest in Floyd, Va.

For those of you having difficulty getting into the holiday spirit, the members of Leftover Salmon have assembled a Spotify playlist filled with songs guaranteed to shake the Scrooge out of you as it wraps you up in good cheer.  Check it out here.

Leftover Salmon still has a few shows yet to play before 2016 reaches its inevitable conclusion. This weekend has the band playing two Denver venues – Ophelia’s Electric Soapbox Nov. 25 and Fillmore Auditorium Nov. 26.  After heading down Mexico way for the Dec. 9-13 “Strings & Sol,” the slamgrass pioneering group plays two nights at Crystal Bay Club Casino in Crystal Bay, Nev., Dec. 28-29; before closing out the year with a Dec. 31 gig at The Depot in Salt Lake City.
