Kenny Chesney’s Only 2017 Stadium Show

Kenny Chesney says he’s not doing a “full tour” next year – but that’s not going to stop him from playing Gillette Stadium. The country superstar put out an announcement saying the gig represents his only 2017 stadium show.

Mark your calendar for Aug. 25. Chesney will be joined by Thomas Rhett and Old Dominion.

Chesney is already pumped for the big day. He posted an announcement on Facebook this week talking up Gillette and the fans who fill the venue.

“From the beginning, the amount of heart and soul that came at us from the first note at Gillette was beyond intense. It’s never let up, it’s never slowed down. Every summer, every show, every song, they push us even harder than we push them. It’s kind of addicting, and something I can’t imagine a summer without. So we’re coming, Boston – and you know, this is our one shot at a big, big show, so you better get ready,” Chesney said.

A “No Shoes Nation” member presale begins Nov. 23 at 12 p.m. American Express is hosting its own presale Nov. 25 at 10 a.m. The Thomas Rhett fan club presale also begins Nov. 25 at 10 a.m. The venue’s presale begins Nov. 28 at 10 a.m. Tickets go on sale to the general public Dec. 2 at 10 a.m. All times EST.
