Dashboard Confessional Books U.S. Tour
In May the emo/alternative rock band posted a video for a new song on its YouTube page that was, appropriately, called “May.”
Dashboard Confessional assured fans that progress was being made on new music with a photo posted on Instagram Nov. 22 captioned “Writing,” which was followed the next day by a photo titled “Recording.”
The band’s most sixth full length album, After the Ending, was released in 2009. Since then Carrabba’s folk rock band Twin Forks released its self-titled debut in 2014.
Dashboard spent summer 2016 touring on the “Taste Of Chaos” tour with Taking Back Sunday and a handful of other bands. Carrabba and company return to the road in January, starting with a handful of dates on the East Coast.
