Bieber, Weeknd For German Wireless Debut

The famous London-based Wireless festival is expanding to Frankfurt’s Commerzbank-Arena, June 24-25. 

It’s to be the first German festival gig for both Justin Bieber and The Weeknd. And it’s the first German Wireless festival. 

Also confirmed are Sean Paul, Rae Sremmurd and Lil Uzi Vert.

The bill includes German rap stars too, such as Marteria, Beginner and Genetikk, as well as newcomers such as Nimo and YouTube phenomenon Dat Adam.

Promoter Live Nation expects 40,000 revelers for the premiere. The German offshoot is sponsored by Snipes. No date has been set nor has the lineup been announced yet for the London version of Wireless.
