Coachella 2017: Radiohead, Beyoncé, Kendrick Lamar

Coachella organizers have officially unveiled the 2017 lineup, confirming rumors that Radiohead, Beyoncé and Kendrick Lamar are at the top of the list. This marks only the second time in its 18-year history that a female artist has headlined the major festival.

The 2017 edition takes place April 14-16 and April 21-23 at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, Calif.

Radiohead, who headlined the festival twice before, returns to close out both Fridays. April 14 and 21 also features The xx, Travis Scott, Father John Misty, Empire of the Sun, Dillion Francis, Mac Miller, Steve Angello, Glass Animals, Phantogram, Mac DeMarco, Little Dragon, Banks, Bonobo, Richie Hawtin, DJ Shadow, Loco Dice, Dixon, Capital Cities, Big Gigantic, Crystal Castles, SOHN, Jagwar Ma, Francis and the Lights, Broods, Guided By Voices, Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Sampha, BICEP, Raury and more.

After making surprise appearances in 2010 and 2014, Beyoncé will get top billing on Saturday night. Björk – the only other female to headline Coachella – played the festival in 2002 and 2007. Beyoncé will be joined on April 15 and 22 by Bon Iver, Future, DJ Snake, Martin Garrix, Schoolboy Q, Gucci Mane, The Head and the Heart, Two Door Cinema Club, Nicolas Jaar, Bastille, Tycho, Tory Lanez, Royksopp, Local Natives, Majid Jordan, Dreamcar, Four Tet, Roisin Murphy, Moderat, The Avalanches, Mura Masa, Nav, Solomun, Warpaint, Banks & Steelz, Hot Since 82, Classixx, Kaleo, Breakbot, GRYFFIN, Car Sea Headrest and more.

Lamar has the honors of closing out each weekend. He previously took the stage twice in 2012 (including making an appearance with Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg) and showed up during Ice Cube’s 2016 set.
