New Music & Tour Dates From The Shins

It has been nearly four years since The Shins hit the road for a proper tour and five years since the release of the band’s last album. That’s all going to change come March.

\Heartworms is due out March 10 as the follow-up to 2012’s Port of Morrow. If you pre-order the album via the band’s website you’ll get instant downloads of the tracks “Dead Alive” and “Name For You,” as well as the option to buy exclusive merch. And that’s not all – fans who pre-order the LP will get access to the tour presale that begins Jan. 11 at 9 a.m. 

The new run of dates kicks off March 2 in the indie rock band’s hometown of Albuquerque, N.M., with a performance at the El Rey Theatre. The itinerary includes a handful of shows in Europe and a few festival appearances.
