Betty Who Throws ‘Party In The Valley’

The plan for “Party In The Valley” is a full coast-to-coast tour, starting at

Betty Who has her second studio album, The Valley, coming out on March 24. The first single off that push, “Some Kinda Wonderful,” is available for download now.

Your reaction might be indicative of how you’ll feel about the new album in general. About the song, Who said “’Some Kinda Wonderful’ was one of the first songs I wrote for my album that I knew would make the cut. I left the session so excited about the song and that feeling has yet to disappear.

A fun fact about Betty Who is that she studied classical cello before becoming a pop singer. She told Pollstar in a 2014 interview: “I always kind of knew that what I’m doing [now] is what I really wanted to be doing. I think I just didn’t exactly realize that it was a possibility and that I might be good enough to do it. I … underestimated my talents at songwriting and singing. I always kind of [thought] it’s just a hobby and no one will ever really take me seriously”
