Sturgill Simpson Roams The U.S.
Country crooner Sturgill Simpson is tromping around his home country this summer with a headline run that includes performances at Sloss Music & Arts Festival and Forecastle Festival.
The tour kicks off July 7 at Charlotte Metro Credit Union Amphitheatre. The last confirmed date on the books for Sturgill is Oct. 6 at The Greek Theatre in Los Angeles.
The next place to catch the former Pollstar HotStar is at Okeechobee Music & Arts Festival in Florida March 4.

Simpson released his third studio album, A Sailor’s Guide to Earth, in April 2016 and is up for two Grammy Awards – Album Of The Year and Best Country Album. A few days ago he excitedly posted on his social media pages about that album’s release in Japan, where he will be playing Fuji Rock Festival this year.
