Exclusive: Boondox Brings ‘Murder’ Tour To U.S.

Fans of facepaint and horrorcore rap rejoice. Boondox is showcasing his lyrics around his home country and Pollstar has the routing. Blaze and Lex The Hex Master joining as support on the trek.

The tour will feature tunes from Boondox’s upcoming album, The Murder. That project includes collaborations with Twiztid, Bubba Sparxxx, and Struggle Jennings.

Of the new LP, Boondox said: “My new album The Murder, is a step in a new direction for me. It’s a uniquely different sound, but still maintains that southern, wicked style that fans have come to expect from me … I was lucky enough to be able to work with Jamie Madrox, who I’ve always considered a big inspiration. It was also very cool to have Michael ‘Seven’ Summers do the majority of the production. Along with the new release, comes a nationwide tour that will kick off in April. I’ll be hitting the road with my label mates Blaze Ya Dead Homie, and Lex the Hex Master. I’m looking forward to performing songs off The Murder, and some older songs that I’ve never performed live. I want to bring a brand new experience to my live performance.”

The Murder is available for pre-order now via this link.

The live shows start in Knoxville, Tenn., on April 6 and run more than a month, hitting both coasts and closing in Cleveland on May 20. There is still a TBA in the schedule in Sacramento, Calif., on May 4.

A video for the single “PYEO (Peck Your Eyes Out)” is available for viewing now. Caution, video may be NSFW:
